On August 15^th, 2024, ULIS – VNU organized the training course “Happy Teachers” in 2024 for UMS and FLSS teaching staff. This is an activity within the training program for school staff preparing for the new school year.

The “Happy Teachers” training course in 2024 was implemented with the goal of developing emotional intelligence capacity for school staff, while also providing useful tools for teachers to apply in their work and life to create happiness for themselves, families, classrooms and the community. Thereby, the program hoped to contribute to strengthening connection, empathy and sharing between teachers.

Delivering her speech at the training session, Vice President Ha Le Kim Anh hoped the training session would be an opportunity to help teachers in the school nurture empathy within each person, thereby enhancing connection and sharing.
