On March 18^th, 2023, ULIS – VNU in collaboration with the Association of French Language Teacher in Hanoi (APFH) organized the Francophone culture with many interesting activities, creating a festival filled with cultural colors of the French language.

In his opening speech, President Do Tuan Minh said that with the aim of popularizing and promoting the teaching and learning of French, creating opportunities for exchange among students and developing a diverse French cultural space, since 2015, in collaboration with other partners ULIS had organized the annual event “Cultural Colors – Couleurs Culturelles”.

Mr. Kaloyan Kolev – Head of the Asia-Pacific region of Organization of International Francophonie said that through various initiatives, OIF had supported to enhance the supply of Francophone cultural products.

Within the framework of the festival, many interesting activities took place such as: French Spelling Contest, exchanging at cultural booths to recreate the cultures of countries in the Francophone Community, experiencing at music space and folk games space.

With a large number of participants, the festival took place successfully in a bustling atmosphere.
