Dear respectful partners,

First and foremost, we would like to extend our sincere greetings to all of you, home and overseas partners, who have accompanied the University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University (ULIS – VNU) in all spheres for a long time up to now.

The 2023 summer has gone by the University of Languages and International Studies – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (ULIS – VNU). ULIS this summer was hectic with numerous prominent events such as: successfully enrolled regular undergraduate and 2nd group of graduate students in 2023 with sufficient quantity and high quality; completed the assessment on innovation projects of all ULIS departments, faculties and offices, and held a preliminary review of 3-year implementation of the Digital Transformation Plan 2020 – 2025 of the University; organized the ULIS annual faculty, staff and review conference of the 2022-2023 academic year; reviewed, adjusted and promulgated documents directing and administering the operation of the University; planned and implemented science and technology activities for the academic year 2023-2024; completed the self-assessment report of 5 teacher training programs, including English, German, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese languages; completed the renovation of Block A9, 2nd floor of Block C3; started the renovation of Blocks A4 and A5.

This 2023-2024 academic year has started off with motivating activities from welcoming new Ulisers to organizing course opening ceremonies for all students. This 4th quarter, we will need to well implement and fulfill the following key tasks: complete renovation of Blocks A4 and A5; organize Hello ULIS in 2023, etc.
