On December 11th, 2021, QH2021 students of the Faculty of Japanese Language & Culture participated in an activity to experience Japanese culinary culture. This is one of the cultural experience activities to introduce Japanese culture to students of the Faculty.

At the beginning of the program, the students listened to the introduction about typical Japanese dishes and outstanding features of Japanese meals.

At the same time, the students also had the opportunity to learn about traditional Japanese New Year dishes such as Miso soup, Kazunoko (herring roe) or Ebi Tempura (fried shrimp) and so on.

At the end of the program, the students had their questions answered, and listened to the sharing from two teachers from Japan about issues related to Japanese culinary culture.
