On June 30^th, 2020, the closing ceremony of UMS 2019-2020 school year took place. The event was organized by the students themselves and livestreamed directly on ULIS FB Fanpage.

At the ceremony, students representing UMS shared a summary of their academic, disciplinary, experiential and extracurricular activities during the 2019–2020 school year.

This school year, 20 students were recognized as summa cum laude Students; 76 as magna cum laude Students; and 4 as cum laude Students.

On this occasion, ULIS and the Board of Students’ Parents presented certificates of merit and gifts to 27 students for their outstanding achievements in study and training.

In particular, the closing ceremony is also an occasion to honor the teachers and staff with great contributions.

Also, a sharing seminar took place which was joined by teachers, parents and students. The seminar was an opportunity for students to express their voice and also an opportunity for teachers and parents to listen to the thoughts and feelings of the kids.

On the occasion of the 2019-2020 school year, 100 UMS students noted down their goals in the 2020-2021 school year and created a “Tree of Expectations” together. This will be a motivation for students to strive to accomplish their goals in the coming school year.
