On March 30^th, 2023, ULIS-VNU held a workshop under the topic “Press translation skills”.

The workshop was organized to equip students with skills to help them effectively promote their knowledge and professional skills in journalistic translation; develop career opportunities; better adapt to the actual situation and needs of society.

During the workshop, speaker Nguyen Thi Viet Nga – Dean of Foreign Languages Department of the Academy of Journalism and Communication, delivered useful sharing about her own experience when taking on tasks related to press translation.

The students attending the workshop were excited to ask many questions and absorb a lot of important and practical professional knowledge and experiences to apply to themselves, especially for those who are interested in press translation profession.
