Our responsibility lies in fostering cooperative relations with both domestic and international partners. We are charged with formulating and executing the University’s development and cooperation strategy, encompassing cooperation in teaching and learning, in research and knowledge transfer, and in networking and community service.

Our primary objective is to expand our network and enhance the quality of teaching and learning for both lecturers and students, while concurrently enhancing the research capabilities of our academic staff through collaborative projects.

Furthermore, we collaborate closely with the University’s faculties to provide comprehensive support to foreign specialists and international students, ensuring a fulfilling experience during their time in Vietnam, encompassing both their academic pursuits and daily life.
