On May 9^th, 2020, ULIS-VNU held the opening ceremony of the in-service course in English for managers of the University of Transport and Communications (UTC).

            – MSc. Le Van Tuyen, Deputy Director of Finance and Planning Office;

From the University of Transport and Communications:

            – Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Van Long, Chairman of the School Council;

            – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong, Vice President;

Attending the course are the following students:

           – Dr. Vu Minh Duc, Chairman of Trade Union of Vietnam Education;

           – MSc. Pham Duc Huy, Deputy General Director of Transportation Hospital Joint Stock Company.

On behalf of UTC, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Van Long made an opening remark, “We acknowledge that English will be the key for management, learning, teaching, research and technology transfer.”

UTC expects the class to be highly effective and finish on time. After 2 years, UTC will have 47 teachers added to the team who are capable of handling the school’s work related to foreign languages.
