Seminar “Teachers – leaders without titles”
On March 30th, 2023, ULIS – VNU held a seminar “Teachers – leaders without titles” with the main speaker being an expert from the University of Northampton (UK).
During the seminar, the speaker from the University of Northampton (UK) Dr. James Underwood shared about his profession and his own experiences when taking on teaching and leadership positions. Thereby, many of the relationships between the teaching profession and leadership were listed and discussed.
Participants at the seminar also asked many questions and reflected on their own teaching journey, thereby being able to apply positive leadership skills in their future lessons.
