Students experienced a cooking contest at the 2021 French Cuisine Festival

 

On January 15th, 2021, the French Cuisine Festival for QH2019 and QH2020 fast-track  students in the new year 2021 was held.

Delivering her opening speech at the program, Dr. Dam Minh Thuy, Vice Dean of the Faculty of French Language and Culture, extended her thanks to distinguished guests, teachers and students for enthusiastically responding to the experiential activity and emphasized the importance of experiential activities during the student’s learning process at the Faculty.

The contest had the participation of students from 13 classes who competed in the presence of 250 students, teachers and guests. A total of 26 dishes were presented.

Many prizes were given to the classes to reward and encourage their enthusiasm. The program ended with a warm party of teachers and students.

The culinary festival also created an intercultural space, helping students actively explore and form a sense of cultural diversity and cultural exchanges among countries in the Francophone community.
