In July and August 2021, ULIS-VNU organized a 10-session training course on Emotional Intelligence and Social Communication for its staff and lecturers.

Taking place in an online format, the training course aimed to foster morale and develop skills for the University staff.

The message throughout the course on Emotional Intelligence and Social Communication is “Be a lover- be a beloved” with 3 modules to help learners arouse emotions, nurture their loving soul and heart to be able to see life with loving eyes, listen with compassion, and love one another and so on.

The course has activities such as drinking tea in a different way, listening to music in a different way, singing in a different way, reviewing books in a different way and many others. The course itself is also delivered in a different and creative way.

Emotional Intelligence and Social Communication is a new module that will be officially taught from the 2021-2022 academic year.
