On August 8th, 2023, the University of Languages and International Studies – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (ULIS – VNU) held the ULIS annual faculty, staff and review conference of the 2022-2023 academic year.

The conference was attended by the University Council, the Management Board and more than 800 lecturers and staff from all units within the University.

At the conference, President Nguyen Xuan Long presented reports on the implementation of the Conference’s Resolution, tasks in 2022-2023 school year and plan for 2023-2024 school year.

Mr. Nguyen Van Doan then presented the outcomes of state official and staff conference in affiliated units and collected comments and feedback. He also presented the report summarizing the activities of the People’s Inspectorate during the school year.

The conference also listened to the report on budget management and welfare. Ms. Le Thi Khanh Trang, Lead Accountant, Director of Finance and Planning Office presented specific data on finance and planning activities in 2022-2023 school year and the plan for 2023-2024 school year. 

The conference agenda also included an awarding ceremony and other activities.
