On October 9^th, 2023, ULIS-VNU met and worked with the PHER Project (Partnership for Higher Education Reform). The project is implemented to improve key educational capacity at many universities in Vietnam.

At the meeting, representative of the PHER Project presented a general overview of the project, its operations and applications to the teaching and learning program in the new school year 2023-2024.

Delivering her speech at the meeting, Vice President Ha Le Kim Anh shared the main pillars associated with university governance renovation as well as the desire to focus on internal quality assurance and human resource development.

In addition, representatives of units under ULIS raised their expectations and expressed their desire to receive support from the PHER project in teaching and scientific research.

In response, the PHER project representatives put forward several feasible solutions.
