On September 25^th, 2021, ULIS-VNU cooperated with Ba Vi District People’s Committee to organize a conference to review the project on supporting foreign language teaching at secondary schools in Ba Vi district for the school year 2020 -2021.

Delivering his speech at the conference, President Do Tuan Minh expressed his pride when witnessing the changes in the awareness of teachers and students after participating in the Project and affirmed that ULS would continue to accompany and support the district in the time to come.

Mr. Pham Xuan Tien, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Education and Training spoke highly of the values that the cooperation project between ULIS, VNU and Ba Vi District People’s Committee brought to the community and to the cause of education in general and foreign language education in particular in Ba Vi District and believed that the Project would continue to develop and obtain more positive results.

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Duong Cao Thanh, Secretary of the Ba Vi District Party Committee expressed his emotions and feelings when witnessing the positive results from the cooperation between ULIS – VNU and Ba Vi District People’s Committee.

At the conference, the Director of Ba Vi District Education and Training Office announced the decision to reward groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in the project implementation in the school year 2020-2021.

The conference ended with the opening of a new chapter in cooperation activities between the two institutions. In the academic year 2021-2022, ULIS-VNU will deploy the project at 35 secondary and primary schools in Ba Vi district.
