On April 15^th, 2022, ULIS-VNU held a Presentation Contest on Understanding the Cultures of ASEAN Countries in 2022. This is an activity within the curriculum of the subject Cultures of the ASEAN countries in the second semester of the school year 2021-2022.

Delivering his speech at the opening ceremony, Vice President Lam Quang Dong said: “The teaching of Southeast Asian cultures at ULIS has always received special interest and investment in recent years. “

Head of the Department of Southeast Asian Language and Culture Nguyen Thi Van Chi delivered a congratulatory speech to the participating groups. She hoped that the students would gain meaningful knowledge and personal development experiences through this contest.

In order to enter this final round, the 5 best groups of students out of more than 250 students passed the exam in all classes. During the competition, each group had about 15 minutes to present and 5 minutes to answer questions from the judges.
