On June 13th– 14^th, 2023, ULIS-VNU held a cultural experience on Yukata costumes for the first-year students of the QH2022 cohort, majoring in Japanese language. This was one of the experiential activities to introduce Japanese culture to students of the Faculty of Japanese Language and Culture.

In the program, students were introduced to the history of Yukata’s formation and development.

In particular, the students were and instructed to wear yukatas.

Experiencing Japanese culture through Yukata costumes was an annual activity of the Faculty of Japanese Language and Culture organized for freshmen. In the coming time, the Faculty will continue to bring more meaningful cultural experiences to students.
